A small correction: The stone arch bridge in my Silver Medal photo wasn´t built in 1700ies but 1894. I hope it doesn´t decrease its value… It´s preserved quite well its authenticity, though. It still has the original railings as in many bridges alike the stone posts have been replaced by concrete ones. Perhaps the error derives from my telling that “this bridge isn´t very old – even in Finland the oldest remaining stone arch bridges are from 1770ies”.
Still historic, nonetheless and still Looks rather ancient. 🙂
